摘 要近年来，高校校园安全问题已成为一个社会各界所关注的热点问题。保护好每一位学生，使发生在他（她）们身边的事故减少到最低限度，这不仅关系到千家万户的切实利益，也影响着教育改革、进展、稳定的大局。因此，加强校园安全教育和安全管理具有重大意义。本毕设以理工大学校园安全为例，主要根据我四年大学校园生活中的经历和感受，宏观上从学习、交通、消防、网络、治安、运动、饮食、人身等八个方面探讨了建立学生校园安全手册的框架与容。对其中几个重要问题如学生校园安全危险源辨识体系、学生校园常见事故发生原因分析体系等进行了初步的分析和探讨，然后以学生的角度为重点，提出各可能发生的事故的预防措施以与事故发生后的应急处置措施。最后，结合相关国家法律法规和我校的一些安全管理规则规定撰写了此学生校园安全手册。关键字：校园安全；安全管理；安全防；应急处置AbstractIn recent years, the campus safety has become a focus of concern from all walks of life.Reducing accidents to a minimum around to protect every student, this is not only related to thousands of real interests but also affects the education reform,development and stability of the big picture.Therefore,to strengthen the campus safety education and safety management is of great significance.This project usesShenyang Ligong University campus security as example,mainly based on the university campus life experience and feelings in four years, to discuss from study,traffic,fire control,network,security,sports,food, person and so on eight aspects to establish the student framework and content of campus safety manual.On several important problems such as student campus safety hazards identification system,the student campus common accident cause analysis system, the project has carried on the preliminary analysis and discussion.
