毕业设计 ( 论文 )题 目 太 阳 能 发 电 设 备 直驱 容 积 控 制 式 液 压 系 统 设 计摘 要直驱式容积控制(DDVC)电液伺服系统是近些年讨论进展起来的一种新型的容积调速电液伺服系统,具有沟通伺服电动机控制的灵活性和液压大出力的双重优点。可靠性高、节能高效、操作与控制简单、小型集成化等优势使系统已在多个领域的装置上获得应用并取得较大的经济效益。被认为是液压控制系统的重要进展方向之一。本文结合太阳能发电设备的应用背景,探究设计太阳能发电设备直驱容积控制式液压系统。经讨论表明,直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统作为太阳能发电设备的驱动系统,能够达到太阳能发电设备的驱动标准。与传统太阳能发电设备驱动系统相比,该系统具有传动比精确、承载能力强等诸多优点,特别适用于大功率太阳能发电设备选用。本文通过对太阳能发电相关理论知识讨论、太阳能发电设备工作时工况分析、转叶马达设计、直驱式液压动力源集成化设计,最终完成太阳能发电设备直驱容积控制式液压系统设计。关键词 太阳能发电;直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统;定日镜;液压技术AbstractDirect Drive Volume Control(DDVC)Electro-Hydraulic Servo System is a newkind of volume speeding electro-hydraulic servo system.It has both advantages ofAC servo motor control’s flexibility and of hydraulic great force.Due to the featuresof high reliability, high energy-saving efficiency, simple operation and control, smallintegration, etc.,the system has been widely applied to the equipments in many fieldsand has gained a lot of economic benefits.So it is widely considered to be one of themost important developing directions of the hydraulic control system.In this paper, contact with the application of solar power generation equipment background, explore designing the solar power generation equipmentusingDDVCElectro-Hydraulic Servo System.
