大 灯 支 架 的 冲 压 成 形 工 艺 与 模 具 设 计摘 要本设计题目来源于生产实际,设计容为冲压工艺与模具设计, 包含了板料冲压的要求,容,有一定设计意义。通过对此零件的设计,加强设计者对冲压模具的基础知识的理解,为以后设计复杂模具积累经验。本次设计分析了大灯支架的结构和成型工艺,确定了三个工步:落料冲孔- 冲孔- 弯曲。计算了毛坯尺寸和冲压力。为了提高大灯支架的生产效率,设计了集两道工序为一体的落料冲孔复合模,采纳弹性卸料装置。在模具设计中,为了提高速度和准确度,用Solidworks软件计算出了毛坯尺寸和压力中心,画出了模具的装配体图。利用冲模手册快速设计模具,并进行校验,提高了设计的速度和效率。关键词 :落料, 冲孔, 复合模, 弯曲,SolidworksStamping Forming Process and Die Design For Headlight BracketABSTRACTThe title comes from the actual production design, its content is the stamping process and die design.It contains the sheet metal stamping’s requirement and content, there are some design sense.Through this part of the design, thedesigner of the basic about stamping die’s understanding is strengthened, gaining experience for the future designing complex molds.The design analyses theheadlight bracket’s structure and forming process, identified three step:Blanking and Punching - Punching - Bending.Calculateing the rough size and punch pressure.
