摘要 目前国的多功能钻机主要是进行钻孔、锚固孔、坑道施工、隧道施工、道路施工，露天采矿等施工任务。国多功能钻机不能很好的适应在不同的施工环境下进行不同的施工作业。国部分单位引进了国外车载全液压动力头顶驱钻机，在实际使用过程中显示了其优越性，但价格比较高，配件供应周期长，使钻机的保养维修出现一些困难。因此需要有研发出具有自主知识产权，能够适应各种不同的施工环境，高效率的多功能钻机。针对上述问题，本论文通过在对多功能钻机变幅机构工作要求和设计要求讨论的基础上，对几种典型已有的较为先进的多功能钻机变幅机构性能的对比，选择了一种较好的设计方案，并对其中的变幅油缸、回转支承、涡轮蜗杆等机构进行了详细的设计，设计出了一种变幅围大结构稳定的多功能钻机。关键字：多功能钻机；变幅机构，回转支承；变幅油缸Abstract At present, the main multi-purpose drilling rig is drilling, anchor holes, tunnel construction, tunnel construction, road construction,suirface mining and so on .Practice shows that the multi-function rig is not well adapted in different environments with different construction sf the construction work.
