毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目： 基于信息不对称理论的风险项目投资选择 英文题目： The risk of investment choices Based on the theory of asymmetric information学 院：数学与信息科学学院专 业：信息管理与信息系统学 号： 04092133 学生姓名： 刘晓琳 指导老师： 汪国华 二〇〇八年六月摘 要随着全球经济的飞速进展和科学技术的不断进步，经济结构的急剧变化，市场竞争的日益激烈，信息不对称现象在经济活动中广泛存在，在风险投资领域更为严重，因此将信息不对称理论引入到风险项目投资管理讨论中不仅具有可行性，同时也具有重要的现实意义，本文正是基于信息不对称理论对风险项目投资选择做出了深化的讨论。本文首先明确了信息不对称、风险投资以及博弈的理论基础，对基于信息不对称的情况下，对风险项目选择进行了经济分析，最后运用博弈论的方法对风险投资领域中的项目选择过程中的信息不对称的消除进行了系统的讨论：主要是针对项目的真假性、项目中是否隐藏了重大风险、项目的预期收益是否在投企双方信息范围一致下做出、项目预期收益是否在信息→结果映射一致下做出，建立信号函数，并进行推导，有针对性地设计出在这四个环节投资家猎取企业家内部信息以消除信息不对称的方法。 关键词： 信息不对称消除 风险投资 项目选择 博弈论AbstractGlobal economic growth, technology-progress, Economy structural revulsion and market competitive severity bring with information asymmetries widespread in any economic active.
