基于 PLC 的矿井提升机变频调速系统设计摘 要对于升机控制系统中存在的问题,把可编程序控制器和变频器应用于提升机控制系统上,并在可行性方面进行了较深化的讨论。在该矿井提升机控制系统设计中,采纳国内外先进的 PLC 控制技术改造传统的继电器—接触器式罐笼逻辑运行系统;采纳变频调试系统与 PLC 和上位机组成一个集散控制系统;可方便灵活地对现场运行设备进行控制和显示;采纳先进的计算机控制技术实现矿井提升机的微机管理与控制,从而,保证矿井提升机可靠、准确地运行,实现矿井提升机的计算机控制。现场调试和运行结果表明,该系统工作可靠、控制精度高,完全可以满足现场生产运行的要求。 关键词:矿井提升机,PLC,变频调速,控制系统 The Freouency Conversion Use on The Speed Adjustment of Shaft Hoist on The Basis of PLC Control ABSTRACTFor hoist control system problems , the paper applied PLC and frequency converter to the system ,and have carried on deeper research in feasibility .In the design of control system of mine elevator the new PLC control technique at home and abroad are applied to instead of the relay and touch .
