垂直提升式立体车库的结构设计摘要许多老旧小区在当初建造时没有建造配套的地下停车场，这在私家车很少的时代没有出现什么问题，可是最近几年，随着社会的进展，人们的收入不断提高，私家车得到了普与。现在几乎每一个家庭都拥有一部私家车。许许多多的老旧小区，甚至一些新建小区出现了停车难的问题。停车难已成为困扰小区居民们很久的问题，针对这个问题，此次设计的题目就是设计一个居民住宅小区的使用的垂直提升式立体车库。考虑到城市居民的私家车以普通家用轿车为主，综合考虑市场上主流家用轿车车型的尺寸与重量，结合安全因素，此次设计的垂直提升式立体车库的参数按重量为 1.7 吨，按尺寸长 5500mm，宽 2050mm,高 1800mm 来设计。整个立体停车库占地面积大约为 64m2，立体车库的高度约为 17m，共 5 层，每层可停放两辆汽车，一台立体车库可停放 10 辆家用轿车，可将土地的利用率提高 5 倍。设置 1台这样的立体车库， 10 户居民的停车需求可以基本得到满足。关键词 老旧小区；垂直升降；车库；结构设计；土地利用率Structure design of vertical lifting type stereoscopic garageAbstractMany of the old district not supporting the construction in the original construction of the underground parking lot, the car a few times in what no problem, but in recent years, with the development of society, people's income is increasing, private cars have been popularized.
