幼儿园主题活动中家长资源开发的现状研究摘 要幼儿园家长资源开发是指对幼儿园中家长拥有的各种资源（人力、物力、财力、信息等）运用多种策略使其参与到幼儿园教育活动中来，以达到拓宽幼儿园教育资源、促进家园合作的过程。本文将基于相关理论，立足实践，借助调查问卷及访谈探讨当下幼儿园主题活动中家长资源开发的现状，分析其原因，幼儿园主题活动中家长资源开发存在的问题，对幼儿园主题互活动中家长资源开发的完善进行思考，提出具有针对性的建议，以期能够为相关管理者提供有价值的参考。关键词：幼儿园；家长资源；资源开发AbstractKindergarten parent resource development refers to the use of various strategies (human, material, financial, information, etc.) owned by parents in kindergartens to participate in kindergarten education activities in order to expand kindergarten education resources and promote home cooperation. process.
