啤酒厂污水处理工艺流程设计摘 要啤酒工业在我国迅猛进展的同时,排出了大量的啤酒污水,给环境造成了极大的威胁。啤酒污水处理厂的处理水量为 5000,不考虑远期进展。原污水中各项指标为:BOD 浓度为 800mg/L ,COD 浓度为 1400mg/L ,SS 浓度为 350mg/L, Ph=6~10 。因该污水 BOD 值较大,不经处理会对环境造成巨大污染,故要求处理后的排放水要严格达到 国 家 二 级 排 放 标 准 , 即 : BOD ≤20mg/L , COD ≤100 mg/L , SS ≤70mg/L ,Ph=6~9。本文分析了啤酒生产中污水产生的环节,污染物与主要污染来源,并从好氧、厌氧生物处理两方面来考虑了污水治理工艺,提出了 UASB+CASS 的组合工艺流程。可将污水 COD 由 1400 mg/L 降至 50~100 mg/L ,BOD 从 800mg/L 降至 20 mg/L 以下,SS 由 350 mg/L 降到 70 mg/L 以下,出水符合标准。本设计工艺流程为:啤酒污水→格栅 →污水提升泵房 →水力筛 →调节池 →UASB 反应器 → CASS 池 → 处理水该处理工艺具有结构紧凑简洁,运行控制灵活,抗冲击负荷,污泥量小等特点。为啤酒工业污水处理提供了一条可行途径。具有良好的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。关键词:啤酒污水 UASB CASSSewage Treatment Process Design of Beer FactoryAbstractWith the rapid development of brewery industry in China, more brewery wastewater is discharged, which endangers enviroment.The water which needs to treatment in the beer waste water treatment plant is 5000, regardless of the specified future development.
