摘 要伴随着世界经济的持续进展,现代物流业已在全球范围内迅速成长为一个充满生机、活力并具有极高价值潜力的产业。作为全国公路主枢纽和沿海重工业城市之一的唐山市, 具有进展现代物流的地理优势和良好的外界因素。物流市场需求巨大，物流园区的建设也方兴未艾。鉴于物流园区选址的重要性，本文以唐山市物流园区为讨论对象，首先论述了现代物流园区的概念、特征与类型，然后分析了唐山市现代物流业及物流园区现状，接着给出唐山市物流园区的选址方法，并对唐山市物流园区选址进行了分析，得出唐山市物流园区选址方案，希望能为唐山市物流园区的建设提供参考。关键词：现代物流、物流园区选址、区位因素分析AbstractAlong with the continued development of the world economy, modern logistics has been the rapid global growth for a vibrant, dynamic and high potential value of new industries.
