本科毕业论文响应面法优化超声波环境中壳聚糖降解性的讨论摘要:应用超声波辐射分别讨论了甲壳素在水中和乙醇介质中脱乙酰反应,与在超声波环境中超声波对壳聚糖在乙酸溶液中降解的强化作用,并将其与无超声波辐射下甲壳素的脱乙酰反应进行了对比,结果表明:在水中和乙醇 2 种介质中超声波可以促进反应,在较低温度(45℃)的反应温度下即可提高产品脱乙酰度和粘度,超声波对水介质中的脱乙酰反应作用比在乙醇中更加显著,在水中反应 6h,脱乙酰度可高达 98. 2% 。通过响应面法讨论了超声波作用温度,作用强度,作用频率和作用时间等 4 因素对壳聚糖溶解性的显著影响。在 4 个影响壳聚糖降解的超声作用因素中,影响度最大的是超声作用强度,其次为作用频率、作用温度和作用时间。经响应面法处理数据,得出在超声波环境中壳聚糖溶解性的最佳的作用系数为:最佳作用温度为 56.25℃,最佳作用功率为97.43W,最佳作用频率为 19.81KHZ,最佳作用时间为 53.75min。关键词:超声波,壳聚糖,乙醇,脱乙酰度,粘度Response Surface Method To Optimize The Ultrasonic Environment in The process Of Solubility Of Chitosan*******AbstractThe ultrasonic radiation were applied to investigating deacetylation of chitin in the medium of water and ethanol, and the ultrasonic wave in the ultrasonic environment degradation of chitosan in acetic acid solution strengthening effect,(and the degradation strengthening function of the ultrasonic wave in ultrasinic environment to the chitosan in the acetic acidAnd then compared with the ultrasonic radiation chitin deacetylationthe reaction were , results show that: the ultrasonic waves can promote the reaction medium in water and ethanol, so improving the degree of deacetylation and a viscosity in the lower temperature (45℃) reaction temperature, butthe reaction effect inthe ultrasonicoff the aqueous mediumacetylation is more obvious than in ethanol, 6h reaction in water, up to 98.2% degree of deacetylation.
