合金化镀锌钢板钝化工艺的讨论及应用曹全禹摘 要 通过实验室研试,建立了新型钝化工艺——WXDⅢ 钝化工艺。用其处理合金化镀锌钢板,再涂复油漆,测试表明,其盐雾腐蚀寿命达原用国外工艺的 8 倍以上,达不钝化涂漆层的 18 倍以上。工业性试验生产表明,WXDⅢ 钝化合金化镀锌板,两年储运期间表面未发生锈蚀,用其制成铁路客车,使用正常。关键词 合金化镀锌钢板 钝化工艺 WXDⅢ 钝化液RESEARCH ON PASSIVATION PROCESS OF ALLOY-GALVANIZEDSTEEL SHEETS AND ITS APPLICATIONCao QuanyuWuhan Iron & Steel Corp.Synopsis “WXDⅢ” a new process of passivation has been established through lab experiments.It is proved through salt spray tests that the coating life of the alloy-galvanized steel after WXDⅢ passivation treatment and painting is 8 time longer than that produced with the conventional process introduced from the foreign country and 18 times longer than that of the passivation painting coat.Industrial scale trial production shows that no corrosion occurs on the surface of WXDⅢ passivated alloy-galvanized steel sheets during two year′s storing and transportation.The railway carriages made of the steel sheets are put into service normally.Keywords alloy-galvanized steel sheet passivation process WXDⅢ passivation fluid1 前 言 合金化热镀锌钢板表面的 Zn-Fe 合金镀层具有优异的涂着性,也具有良好的耐蚀性。但在涂漆状态下使用时,漆层并非完全致密,存在着众多的微孔,外界的液态腐蚀介质会渗透进去,到达漆层与 Zn-Fe 合金镀层的交界面,形成缝隙腐蚀(氧的浓差腐蚀)。由于缝隙腐蚀具有很强的侵蚀性,Zn-Fe 合金镀锌层对它的抵御能力不够,不能满足用户对合金化镀锌板制造铁路车辆的耐蚀性要求。按武钢现行国外钝化工艺处理的合金化镀锌板,虽能对此有所改善,亦不能满足用户的需要。 为了使合金化镀锌板这种高效钢材更高效,满足用户需求,以武钢钢研所为主开展实验室研试,建立了命名为 WXDⅢ 的新型钝化工艺,生成的钝化膜作为合金化镀锌层与涂漆层之中介层,在保持优良涂着性的前提下,使“钝化膜+涂漆层”的耐蚀性得到大幅度提高。随后,钢研...
