摘要随着京东近几年高调的杀入市场，人们也越来越关注京东的一举一动。比如 2024 年由京东商城 CEO 强东引发的电商大战，一时间电商行业硝烟弥漫。反思过后，人们发现京东的商品并没有便宜多少，有的偷涨价格，有的价格较低的商品便显示为缺货，让一些消费者怨声载道。对此，京东虽然做出了公开道歉，也应该仔细反思自身的成本控制漏洞。毫无疑问，物流成本控制已经成为京东应对市场竞争的重要手段。京东的竞争优势便在于自营配送货物的快速便捷。但这种高成本运营下，企业却一直没有盈利，这与企业的巨大投入有直接关系。本文就讨论京东商城在现行的管理状况下，围绕仓储成本过高、人员成本、采购成本等问题，指出其仓储管理职责不明确，职员薪资福利过高、采购商品质量有缺陷等原因。最后结合京东的实际情况，提出其解决的措施。关键词：物流成本控制；京东商城；物流模式AbstractWith the Jingdong in recent years high-profile reached the market, people are increasingly concerned about the Jingdong's every act and every move.
