产学研协同创新的协同效应讨论摘 要：总书记在清华大学百年校庆上的讲话中提出，“高校要与科研机构、企业开展深度合作，建立协同创新的战略联盟，我国高校特别是讨论型大学要在‘积极提升原始创新、集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新能力’的同时，同科研机构、企业开展深度合作，积极推动协同创新。”2024年的“全面提高高等教育质量工作会议”，将“协同创新”定义为全面落实提高高等教育质量的重要举措。作为产学研联合的新模式，协同创新是整合创新资源、提高创新效率的有效途径，也是加快经济进展方式转变、实现经济社会可持续进展的根本动力。作为开放性的系统，产学研协同系统由企业、高校和科研机构三个子系统构成，是知识与技术创新的结合。文章基于协同学理论，选取核心能力与协同文化两个序参量因素，通过战略协同、资源协同以与技术创新协同，以实现协同效应，促进产学研的协同创新。全世界的创新型国家都在引进优秀的知识型人才、管理理念等，用以大力进展具有创新活力的企业和建立优秀的科研结构、高校机构；随着市场竞争环境和手段日益复杂多元化，企业只有通过对知识有效应用与管理才能保证其竞争优势。产学研协同创新已经成为各个国家寻求知识创新，将知识转化成效益的有效途径。关 键 词：产研学 协同学 协同效应 协同创新Abstract General Secretary Hu Jintao's speech at Tsinghua University Centennial raised, "college with the research institutions, enterprises to develop the depth of cooperation, the establishment of collaborative innovation strategic alliance, our colleges and universities especially research universities to 'actively enhance the original innovation, integrated innovation and the introduction of digestion and absorption and re-innovation 'at the same time, with research institutions, enterprises to develop the depth of cooperation, and actively promote collaborative innovation.
