1 吨数控座式焊接变位机设计摘要在我国，焊接变位机也已悄然成为制造业的一种不可缺少的设备。近十年来，这一产品在我国工程机械行业，有了较大的进展，并获得了广泛的应用。使用焊接变位机可缩短焊接辅助时间，提高劳动生产率，减轻工人劳动强度，保证和改善焊接质量，并可充分发挥各种焊接方法的效能。随着计算机技术不断向智能化进展，自动控制和信息技术在制造业中的广泛应用，焊接变位机也朝着智能化、多功能化、大型化、集成化、高精度、高可靠度方向进展。本文主要论述了焊接变位机的组成，结构与工作原理。其中它的回转机构和倾斜机构是本次设计的核心部分，直流电动机通过带轮传动，涡轮蜗杆减速器传动，使回转工作台达到要求回转速度，倾斜机构则通过二级齿轮传动实现工作台翻转，主要涉与到齿轮传动设计与轴的设计与校核等。 关键词：焊接变位机械；回转机构；减速器；倾斜机构AbstractIn our country, welding positioner has quietly become an indispensable manufacturing equipment.
