摘 要在市场行业竞争日渐激烈的今天，企业可能碰到各类的风险，风险可以理解为损失和危险产生的可能性，企业财务风险即是在经营活动中企业受到损失的可能性。财务风险管理对企业的影响显著提高，特别是对于发展不稳定的中小企业来说，财务风险管理关联着企业的存亡，它为企业完成运营指标提供了合理的保障。提高财务风险的管理意识有利于企业经营活动的稳定化，减少不良因素造成的危害，完善企业发展的安全经营环境。本文首先分析了国内外风险管理研究现状和本文研究的意义，运用案例研究和文献分析等方法，通过研究濮阳紫萄会计服务有限公司 2017-2019 年的主要财务数据，结合公司的基本情况，公司行业背景和公司财务框架结构，对企业进行财务风险识别。通过研究结果发现公司在资金管理风险，应收账款风险，成本费用风险，决策风险等方面存在的问题，并从中找出企业存在的重大风险。通过对公司风险成因进行详细的分析，根据公司实际情况和风险表现，制定了相对应的风险管理措施。通过加强现金管理，完善公司体制，完善岗位划分等有效措施使企业面对行业激烈的竞争和各种不确定因素时把企业的财务风险损失降到最低，帮助企业更好地完成经营目标。 关键词：财务风险； 风险管理； 风险识别 AbstractWith the increasingly fierce competition in the market industry, enterprises may encounter various risks, which can be understood as the possibility of loss and danger.
