北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计广州市泓力橡胶制品有限公司废水处理工程设计广州泓力橡胶制品有限公司废水处理工程设计摘 要本设计在综合考虑广州市泓力橡胶制品有限公司的相关资料及要求后,针对天然橡胶污水特征及当地环境,以 A/O 池和曝气生物滤池为核心,新建处理污水构筑物。天然橡胶废水水质具有高浓度的有机物含量,同时还含有氨氮等污染物。本污水处理厂通过一系列构筑物有格栅、沉淀池、A/O 池、曝气生物滤池、污泥浓缩池等,使废水中 BOD5、CODcr、氨氮、总氮、总磷和 SS 的出水达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)三级标准、《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)三级标准和《橡胶制品工业污染物排放标准》( GB27632-2011)间接排放标准的较严值,达标排放。设计内容包括构筑物的计算、概预算和工程图的绘制等。经处理后,达标排放,满足可持续发展要求。关键词:天然橡胶污水处理、A/O 池、曝气生物滤池北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Guangzhou Hongli Rubber Products Co. ,LTD.Wastewater treatment engineering designAbstractAfter comprehensively considering the relevant information and requirements of Guangzhou Hongli Rubber Products Co., Ltd., this design focuses on the characteristics of natural rubber sewage and the local environment, with A / O tanks and aerated biological filters as the core to build a new sewage treatment structure.The water quality of natural rubber wastewater has a high concentration of organic matter, and also contains pollutants such as ammonia nitrogen.
