I广州市本科高校 90 后辅导员工作满意度调查报告内 容 摘 要高校辅导员是高等教育的主要教学团体之一，他们是学生思想政治教育的主要组织者和实施者。辅导员的工作质量好坏，取决于他们对工作的满意程度，这直接影响到学生的思想水平，间接影响社会的人才培养质量。因此，迫切需要研究高校辅导员对工作的满意程度。同时，研究对高等院校教师队伍的发展具有巨大的实际意义。本篇文章面向广州本科高校的 90 后辅导员，他们已经成为教师队伍的主要组成部分。90 后辅导员与 70 后、80 后辅导员相比有着与众不同的特征，所以他们的满意程度对高校有着极大地重要性。结合国内外相关研究结果，进行分析研究从而提供具有建设性的策略来提高广州本科高校 90 后辅导员的满意度。文章由五个部分组成，第一部分为研究简介，包括研究背景、研究目的和意义、国内外研究状况。第二部分介绍与论文研究有关的主要概念和理论。第三部分，对调查结果进行整理，并使用 SPSS 软件对本次满意度调查的情况进行分析。第四部分，针对各方面的满意度提出提高满意度的措施。第五部分，对调查结果进行了汇总和分析。关键词：90 后辅导员；工作满意度；提高策略；SPSS 分析IIA Survey Report on the Job Satisfaction of Post-90s Counselors in Guangzhou UniversitiesAbstractCollege counselors are one of the main teaching groups in higher education.
