北京理工大学珠海学院二〇一六届本科生毕业设计广州封闭式居住小区规划模式与城市交通发展协调性研究——五羊新城为例北京理工大学珠海学院二〇一六届本科生毕业设计北京理工大学珠海学院二〇一六届本科生毕业设计广州封闭式居住小区规划模式与城市交通发展协调性研究——五羊新城为例摘 要由于国内经济发展向好，人民生活质量逐渐提高，城市机动化的发展速度也随之加速，但机动化的发展也伴随着严峻的交通拥堵问题。作为广州城中心一个人口密集的老牌生活区，“五羊新城”面对日益严重的交通问题，如何在保障城市居民居住舒适度的基础上，通过完善城市居民规划概念，促进城市道路的畅通性和居民出行的便捷性，已成为现阶段广州在改善交通拥堵的关键之一。本文就此深入研究，在掌握该居住区道路交通服务水平、主要交叉口通行能力、停车适应性、公共交通适应性等方面的数据。通过分析数据后评价水平，运用到广州市的五羊新城中，一个现阶段城市最常见的居住区规划模式“封闭式居住小区” ,目的是使这种封闭式居住区规划模式与目前城市机动化进程相适应,寻求城市土地规划与城市交通发展之间的平衡发展。关键词：封闭式居住小区；城市交通协调性；公共交通建设；TOD 模式北京理工大学珠海学院二〇一六届本科生毕业设计Research on the coordination between the planning mode of closed residential communities and urban traffic development in GuangZhou–WuYang New Town as an exampleAbstractDue to the domestic economic development and the gradual improvement of people's quality of life, the speed of urban motorization development is also accelerating, but the motorization development is also accompanied by severe traffic congestion.As a densely populated old-brand living area in the city center of Guangzhou, "Wu Yang New Town" is facing increasingly serious traffic problems.
