I中国银行的社会责任履行状况分析摘 要企业社会责任这一概念起源于西方国家，虽然我国对于此研究相对较晚，但随着我国经济高速发展,企业作为我国经济体系中的重要组成部分，此后发展迅速，“企业社会责任”是必然的产物，并且我国对企业履行其相应的社会责任，得到了社会各方面的高度重视。国有商业银行处于我国经济体系的核心地位，对经济发展起着尤为重要的作用，因为商业银行自身拥有不同于企业的特点，商业银行既是一般意义上的企业也作为金融企业，其要比一般企业所承担的社会责任要多，所以它能成为企业社会责任问题的关注代表群体。本文主要采用文献调查研究法，对比分析法，归纳总结法等多种写作手法相结合，先是回顾国内外学者对企业社会责任研究的现状，然后对社会责任此概念进行界定，再分别将国内四大典型银行进行对比。中国银行是国内全球化和综合化程度较高的银行，因此本文选中以中国银行为社会责任履行情况问题关注的代表进行深入的研究，从此案例入手分析，与国内四大典型银行进行横向对比分析，基于分析结果发现中国银行目前存在的优势以及不足。希望此文的建议能给国内各大商业银行积极推进意义，树立良好的社会责任理念，提升自主履行社会责任意识。关键词： 企业社会责任；中国银行；商业银行；IIAn analysis of the social responsibility performance of Bank of ChinaAbstractThe concept of corporate social responsibility originated in western countries.
