1广东省养老产业存在的问题及对策研究[摘 要] 随着我国人口进入老龄化社会，人口老龄化问题不断凸显，对整个社会发展和稳定带来多方影响。广东作为我国东南沿海的发达地区，其近些年养老产业和相关制度不断完善，对广东省养老问题解决有一定促进作用。但同时，因发展时间有限、资金、经验不足等原因，广东省养老产业发展中也出现一些现实问题亟待解决。研究中对广东省养老产业现状进行了研究，综述了广东省养老产业发展中面临的问题和原因；结合其他省份养老产业发展成功经验和广东省实际发展情况，给出推动广东省养老产业发展的对策。[关键词] 养老产业；产业发展；养老保障Problems and Countermeasures of pension industry in GuangdongAbstract：With China's population entering an aging society, the problem of population aging has become increasingly prominent, which has brought many impacts on the development and stability of the whole society. As a developed area along the southeast coast of China, 2Guangdong Lai's pension industry and related systems have been constantly improved in recent years, which has played a certain role in promoting the solution of the pension problem in Guangdong Province. But at the same time, due to the limited development time, lack of funds and experience, there are also some practical problems in the development of the pension industry in Guangdong Province, which need to be solved urgently. In this study, the status quo of the pension industry in Guangdong Province was studied, and the problems and reasons faced in the development of the pension industry in Guangdong Province were summarized.
