北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文广东省兴宁市“县管校聘” 模式与教师轮岗制度研究摘 要本文在对“县管校聘”模式和教师轮岗制度进行相关资料收集的基础上,通过相关理论、文献等方面的现有研究成果进行梳理、归纳,介绍了各种专有名词的相关概念及专家学者的主要观点、研究成果,分析了该模式和制度存在的局限性,从中找到研究的立足点和出发点。以“广东省兴宁市中小学”为研究对象,讨论和分析了兴宁市“县管校聘”模式实施的现状,指出存在的问题。通过访谈法对兴宁市教育部门及学校的相关人员进行的电话访谈,了解该市相关人员对“县管校聘”模式和教师交流轮岗的态度,整合其对参与交流轮岗存在的疑问和顾虑,据此提出优化“县管校聘”模式与教师轮岗制的对策与建议。关键词:县管校聘;教师轮岗制;教育公平 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractOn the basis of collecting relevant data on the model of "county-administered school employment" and the system of teacher rotation, this paper sorts out and sums up the existing research results from relevant theories and literatures.
