北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计广东省祥德啤酒有限公司环保工程设计方案——广东省祥德啤酒公司日处理4500 吨生产废水处理站污泥处理方案设计水处理的同时也会产生一定量的污泥。目前处理啤酒废水产生的啤酒污泥并未得到很好的利用和处置。啤酒污泥的有机物含量高,但其含水率较高而且性质很不稳定,易腐化,含有一定的病菌及微生物,直接用于填埋会造成许多的环境问题。由于啤酒生产的原料主要是麦芽等谷物,所以产生的污泥基本是没有有害物质,是可以很好利用的资源。本次设计参考国内外处理方法之后,采用重力浓缩和厌氧消化作为处理工艺的主要构筑物对啤酒污泥进行处理。设计中污泥在集泥池内由提升泵输送至污泥浓缩池,经过厌氧消化池、调理池、压滤机脱水处理之后,使得污泥能够得到减量化、稳定化、无害化的处置,重金属含量及病菌含量低于《农用污泥污染物控制标准》(GB4284-2018)中污泥农业利用的标准,得到资源化处置。关键词:啤酒污泥;厌氧消化;土地利用北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Environmental protection engineering design scheme of Xiangde Brewery Company of Guangdong Province—Sludge treatment scheme design of 4500 tons of production wastewater treatment station in Xiangde Brewery Company of Guangdong ProvinceAbstractRecently, with the development of domestic beer industry, the consumption has also increased greatly, but it also brought more pollution problems.Beer industry is a high water consumption industry, the workshop in the production process is also accompanied by a large number of organic wastewater production, wastewater treatment at the same time will also produce a certain amount of sludge.
