北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文广东省跨境电商的发展政策研究广东省跨境电商的发展政策研究摘 要广东是具有雄厚产业基础和外贸活力的第一大省，在“互联网+外贸”的背景下，广东省跨境电商蓬勃发展，带动传统产业转型升级。强力的政策支持是广东跨境电商发展的重要驱动。本文首先介绍广东省跨境电商的概况，梳理了国家、部委、省级地方近几年来出台的跨境电子商务相关政策。然后基于政策工具的视角，运用内容分析法对广东省的跨境电子商务政策文本进行了分析，对于政策工具，目前运用较多的是供给型，其中完整产业链的培养和基础设施优化占比最多，环境型政策工具比例适中，但大多集中在监管环境上，需求型政策工具的运用仍存在较大空间。最后，为下一步中央政策的改进方向和地方政府发展跨境电商的政策着力点提供了一定的建议。关键词:广东省跨境电商；政策研究；政策工具；内容分析法；文本分析 北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Research on the Development Policy of Cross-border E-commerce in Guangdong ProvinceAbstractGuangdong is the first province with a productive industry base and the vitality of foreign trade.
