摘 要随着时代的发展，会计这个领域在飞速的发展，也体现出其强大的功能。财务报表分析是企业财务管理中的重要内容之一，对于提升财务管理效率和质量具有重要意义。财务报表对于公司来说是将数据与数据使用者联系起来，使数据使用者可以更加直观的了解公司的状况。财务报表分析是财务管理中极重要的内容，有利于公司财务管理效率的提升，促使企业财务管理水平更进一步。本文以武汉阔得科技有限公司为研究对象，使用比较分析法与比率分析法，结合该公司与联想公司武汉广埠屯销售点武汉广埠屯分公司 2018 年及 2019 年的财务数据，从偿债能力、营运能力和盈利能力三方面进行对公司整体财务状况做出横向和纵向的比较，继而评估武汉阔得科技有限公司目前的发展状况和经营状况。根据数据进行分析，可以发现武汉阔得科技有限公司出现了公司管理方式过于保守、没有合理运用公司资产、内部资本结构不够完善等问题，针对以上的问题，分析其产生的原因，提出改变公司销售方式、合理分配公司资产、优化企业模式的解决措施。有助于提高公司的经营管理水平，促进公司持续发展。关键词：财务报表分析； 偿债能力； 营运能力； 盈利能力AbstractWith the development of the times, the rapid development of the field of accounting also reflects its powerful functions.
