广东港口物流发展策略分析内 容 摘 要近年来，广东港口物流业在软硬件建设上不断完善自身发展以适应世界贸易量与日俱增的趋势，但与国内甚至国际一流港口相比，广东所建设的港口物流管理体系还不足以适应经济转型升级和港口贸易量快速增加的需要。本文结合近五年广东港口贸易吞吐量，对广东港口物流的发展现状作了系统分析；简述当前粤港澳大湾区对广东港口物流的发展机遇与挑战，比较分析目前广东港口物流实际运营中存在的主要问题，包括港口信息技术有待完善；港口自身竞争力亟待提高；港口物流腹地功能单一；港口人力资源管理；港口环境污染等。根据所分析的问题，借鉴国内外优秀港口的具体做法经验，进一步阐述发展广东港口物流的策略。以利于广东港口物流企业转变运营机制，在激烈的国内外港口物流市场竞争中保有竞争优势，强化实现对外贸易的港口物流综合性发展。关键词：广东港口；港口物流；货物吞吐量；集装箱吞吐量IAnalysis on The Development Strategy of Guangdong Port LogisticsAbstractIn recent years, Guangdong's port logistics industry has continuously improved its own development in terms of software and hardware construction to adapt to the increasing trend of world trade, but compared with domestic and even international first-class ports, the port logistics management system built by Guangdong is not enough to adapt to economic transformation and upgrading The rapid increase in trade volume with ports.
