摘 要在企业中存货是非常关键的一项流动资产,存货管理水平的高低直接影响到企业的资金占用,所以,存货管理在企业管理中的地位越来越重要。在我国社会经济发展进入到新一时期时,增强产业管理成为下一步的动力,企业的优秀运营和可持续发展越来越受到管理者的重视,我国中小型电子企业在科技创新和社会进步的同时,也面临着激烈的市场竞争。但是我国中小电子企业大多数存在着存货管理不当的问题,所以企业优化成本结构,提高存货管理水平是提升中小电子企业竞争力的重要举措,可以在减少公司的成本并对增加企业经济的效果中起到关键的作用。本文以天津超想科技有限公司存货管理问题定为主要研究的对象,从管理制度,管理方法和管理人员三个方面来探讨存货的精细化管理,经过研究发现,公司存在人员素质不高、内部控制薄弱、存货管理信息化滞后以及没有制定科学的采购计划等问题。对于存货管理过程中出现的问题我们给出了良好的建议,希望能够帮助企业管理者提高存货管理的控制和管理水平,给同行业企业提供一些借鉴。关键词:电子企业;存货目标;存货管理 AbstractInventory is an important asset of an enterprise, and inventory management is an important part of enterprise management.
