摘 要随着市场经济的发展和科学技术的不断进步，电线电缆行业发展速度很快，我国成本管理的科学化水平得到了增强。企业成本管理的理论也在不断的改进，成本管理的好坏影响着企业的发展和市场竞争力，成本管理意识和方式等不能跟进时代的发展，造成了一些企业成本管理失控、影响企业发展等问题。这些问题成为企业发展中的瓶颈所在，企业如果想在市场的竞争中取得优势，就必须要加强成本管理，因此制定适合企业自身发展的成本管理制度和方法对企业来说尤为重要。本论文以成本管理为研究对象，以唐山津北电缆有限公司为例，研究目的为了将先进的成本管理理论结合自身企业的发展状况并运用其中，加强企业的成本管理工作。通过研究，对该企业成本管理中管理意识不足，核算方法不正确，预算体系不健全，内部控制不健全，成本考核机制不合理这几个问题进行探讨，发现其产生的原因，并作出了相关建议和解决措施，包括培养员工成本管理意识，完善核算方法和预算体系，加强企业内部控制，建立健全成本考核机制等。通过有效的手段改善现有的问题，使企业少走弯路，避免不必要的浪费，使企业更好的发展，从而在市场的竞争中不断壮大，并且可以为其他企业的成本管理活动提供一定的理论依据制定出适合自己的成本管理体系。关键词：电线电缆企业； 成本管理； 对策建议AbstractWith the development of market economy and the continuous progress of science and technology, the wire and cable industry develops rapidly, and the scientific level of cost management in China has been enhanced.
