摘 要现阶段企业财务风险随着市场的不断竞争越来越严峻，沈阳财速诚企业管理有限公司在企业发展的初级阶段，缺乏经验而仍然处于亏损状态，更要加强企业财务风险管理，提高企业抵御财务风险的能力。本文主要针对小微企业通过研究沈阳财速诚企业管理有限公司 2018年到 2019 年两年的资产负债表和利润表中的主要数据，通过计算偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力等财务指标对该公司的财务风险进行深入分析，以此识别沈阳财速诚企业管理有限公司目前存在的重要财务风险，并分析其风险产生的原因。发现沈阳财速诚企业管理有限公司存在风险意识淡薄、经营管理落后，盈利能力不足、应收账款回收风险大、资金结构不合理，负债风险较高等问题。针对以上问题分析其产生原因，提出企业要树立风险意识、加强管理创新，增强盈利能力、制定完善的应收账款风险管理措施、降低资产负债率，加强企业内部资金管理等完善的财务风险防范措施。强化财务风险管理意识，改进财务风险管理流程，有助于提高公司的财务管理水平，促进公司持续发展。关键词：财务风险； 财务防范； 有效措施AbstractAt present, the financial risk of enterprises is becoming continuous severe in the wake of the continuous competition of the market.
