I浅析大数据背景下企业管理会计体系建设思考——以中国航空工业集团有限公司为例摘 要管理会计在企业的财务管理活动中正在起到越来越重要的作用。越来越多的企业开始重视企业的管理会计体系建设，京东集团于 2010 年开始建设管理会计体系，借鉴管理会计体系中的成本管理方式，建设基于价值链的全方位成本管理模式，加强企业对于成本的严格把控，帮助企业在发展大潮中脱颖而出，最终于 2014 年在美国的纳斯达克成功挂牌上市。但是现如今的大部分企业建设管理会计体系，只是单纯的借鉴于以往管理会计体系建设的模式，而忽视了现在的大数据社会背景环境，并没有将现如今的科学技术充分运用到管理会计体系建设中去，所以现在企业的管理会计体系建设并不能充分发挥管理会计的作用。所以本文将立足于大数据社会背景，从管理会计体系建设的方面出发，同时结合中国航空工业集团有限公司在建设管理会计体系方面的实例来进行分析，提出如何建立有效管理会计体系提议的意见。关键词：大数据；管理会计体系；中航工业IIAnalysis on the Construction of Enterprise Management Accounting System Under the Background of big data——Taking Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd. as an exampleAbstractManagement accounting is playing an increasingly important role in the financial management activities of enterprises.
