关于大班幼儿冲突性行为及其教师干预策略的调查研究摘 要冲突是幼儿成长阶段中肯定会发生而且极为常见的现象,它不是攻击性行为它作为一种机遇和挑战一样的存在，对幼儿的成长会产生积极或者消极的影响。幼儿冲突行为的发生对于教师来说，合理的利用有助于促进儿童的社会化发展。教师需要充分发挥冲突的积极价值,然而目前幼儿园中部分教师对干预行为的重要性仍认识不足,干预方式也不当，导致不能达到积极的干预效果。因此,本论文尝试运用文献法、非参与式观察法、访谈法、案例分析法等多种方法对幼儿园中的冲突行为进行观察，分析教师对幼儿冲突性行为干预方式的不同，同时对幼儿教师冲突干预的类型和干预的效果进行相对全面的分析,最后给出能够促进教师积极干预行为的建议，总结出幼儿教师对幼儿冲突行为的科学合理的干预措施。关键词：幼儿；冲突行为；教师；干预行为;教育策略IThe investigation and study about conflicts between infants and teachers’ intervention and strategyAbstractConflicts is sure to happen and very common phenomenon between young children in the growth stage.
