本科论文摘 要本文对无领导小组讨论此种测评人才技术的应用进行研究,目的是将此方法更高效率的运用到之后的企业招聘活动中。本文首先将无领导小组概念进行论述与分类,通过使用文献研究法、观察法,研究无领导小组在招聘中的应用过程。从前期准备、实施过程、评估反馈三个方面论述现阶段无领导小组在实施中出现的问题,分别是:1.问题设计缺乏针对性 2.考官专业能力不足 3.实施环节随意性。最后从问题设计、实施流程以及评估系统三方面给出的针对性的建议,给之后无领导小组讨论的实施提供一些理论支持。关键词:无领导,小组讨论,招聘本科论文AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to apply this method to the recruitment activities more efficiently. This paper first discusses and classifies the concept of leaderless group, and studies the application process of leaderless group in recruitment through literature research and observation. From three aspects of preparation, implementation process and evaluation feedback, this paper discusses the problems in the implementation of the leading group at this stage, which are: 1. Lack of pertinence in problem design; 2. Lack of professional ability of examiners; 3. Randomness in the implementation process.
