湖北省通山县旅游扶贫的现状、问题及对策 摘 要解决贫困是我国经济社会重点关注的问题。旅游扶贫作为一种全新的扶贫开发模式，将传统的“输血式”扶贫变为“造血式”扶贫，把发展旅游业和解决贫困结合起来。本文通过对通山县旅游业和旅游扶贫的发展现状进行了调查研究,发现了其旅游产业链不完善，旅游项目比较单一，社区参与不完全，内部信息不对称等问题,并有针对性的提出具有建设性意义的对策。首先是社区参与机制的优化，包括组织结构与运作方式，使得贫困人口从社区旅游业的发展中获益，并形成一定的自我发展能力。其次是社区旅游功能的优化，通过旅游扶贫，带动区域经济整体的发展，使区域经济具有自我发展的能力。充分发挥其自身优势，创新扶贫模式，让旅游扶贫真正实现精准扶贫精准扶贫。 关键词：通山县；旅游扶贫；现状；问题；对策1The current situation, problems and countermeasures for pro-poor tourismof Tongshan County in Hubei Province ABSTRACT Solving the problem of poverty is the focus of our economy and society.
