环境约束下吉林省能源经济发展研究摘要：社会经济的协调可持续发展有赖于能源、经济与环境三者的协同作用。作为一个古老的中国工业基地之一，吉林省实施振兴东北老工业基地的政策后，在更大的动力和政策支持下，在经济上实现了再工业化过程，吉林省发展迈出了一大步。 在这方面，本文件旨在改善该区域从可持续发展能力、人地关系理论、能源经济角度分析经济理论与环境价值论之间的关系，调查研究吉林省能源产业发展现状，理清其与环境保护的关系，综合评价吉林省能源的效率及吉林省能源、经济与生态环境经济协调发展之间的关系。寻求在生态环境的约束下吉林省的能源经济协调发展的可实现道路，希望从提升能源产业整体水平，优化能效、加强循环经济的开展与能源产业结构自我优化五个方面出发为吉林省能源、 经济和环境的协调发展提供理论与实际基础。关键词：环境约束；能源效率；循环经济；能源-经济-环境协调发展；Abstract: The coordinated and sustainable development of social economy depends on the coordination of energy, economy and environment.
