题目：混合功能的青年公寓空间设计研究摘要目前，在我国对于城市青年公寓等建筑设计的研究相对较少，导致在设计上存在着诸多问题，并且暴露出来。例如居住面积不够、整体规划缺乏、家具配套设施不足等现象。针对这种情况，将对城市青年人群的生活进行研究与调查，以了解青年人的住房需求。结合资料信息，尽可能地解决住房困难的实际问题，为青年公寓的工程建设提供参考价值。本文首先考察现代城市青年公寓设计的现状，了解青年公寓在设计中存在的问题，全面分析影响青年公寓设计的主要因素，并对其进行合理解读。全文从探讨城市青年对于居住的功能需求开始分析，得出当下青年人在居住上对比于过去观念上的不同。再了解青年人对于设计的功能构成需求进行分析，提出居住+办公的生活模式，充分结合现有的案例了解混合功能的青年公寓设计方法进行概述和总结。论述多功能的平面组织、强调公共空间的共享、空间形态的可变性和家具陈设的年轻化。最后从青年公寓的功能设计出发，设计实际案例，总结设计对策，满足青年人的生活需求，希望将来对具有混合功能的青年公寓设计进行一定程度的借鉴。关键词：青年公寓、混合功能、住房AbstractAt present, there are relatively few studies on the architectural design of urban youth apartment in China, resulting in many problems in the design, which are exposed.
