摘 要近年来，随着我国经济的不断增长，各大企业的组织形式和经营领域都在不断发生变化，为了确保企业能够在这种趋势下生存和发展，企业需要重视财务管理，并且对财务报表进行科学合理的分析，结合实际情况，才能准确的获得企业的财务现状，从而针对财务上的问题制定出正确的解决对策，为企业的发展生生存打下坚实的基础。本文结合财务报表的分析原则与方法，在辽宁珑玛信息技术有限公司概况和背景分析的基础之上，结合比较分析、比率分析等财务报表分析方法，对辽宁珑玛信息技术有限公司在 2014 年至 2018 年的财务报表进行详细的分析。首先利用辽宁珑玛信息技术有限公司的资产负债表、利润表和现金流量表，了解财务的基本状况；其次，对辽宁珑玛信息技术有限公司连续四年的各项财务指标进行分析，通过这五年的财务指标数据趋势变动了解公司经营过程中存在的问题以及原因。发现企业可能出现的一系列问题，并针对问题提出建议，为公司的发展和经营起到了重要的作用。关键词：财务报表分析； 财务指标； 财务分析Abstract In recent years, with the continuous growth of China's economy, the organizational forms and business fields of major enterprises are constantly changing.
