摘 要现代企业的成本管理是能够影响到企业未来发展的重要命题，成本体现了企业运营时的一个经济指标，然而成本管理却能够合理反映出全面的经营管理水平、资金利用的效率等，因此，成本管理对于企业发展的核心竞争力有着深刻的现实影响。随着科技创新和信息化社会的发展，现代企业在生产经营的理念和思维上与传统做法有着明显的不同，特别是国外一些发达国家在成本管理和运行上率先迈出创新的步伐，在成本管理的理念和实践上先行一步，并逐渐成为主导世界企业成本管理发展的主流思想和因素。而在这种情况下，我国的社会主义市场经济建设飞速发展，我国现代化企业在经济建设中发挥越来越大的作用，成为了一支强劲的新生经济力量。然而，企业间的竞争也日益紧张，要求企业的管理者必须时刻关注着企业生产经营的成本问题，时刻做出有利于企业发展的重大决策[2]。在这种复杂多变的经营环境下，市政工程有限公司也同样面临着市场激烈的竞争压力，而管理者能否保证市政工程建设为社会民众提供质量优异、工期较短和成本较低的工程产品，也是市政工程有限公司能否适应市场环境和获得较高收益，实现公司价值最大化的前提条件之一。因此，本文的研究写作主要以市政工程有限公司的成本管理为落脚点，以探究市政工程有限公司的发展前景，寻找解决企业在发展中成本管理上遇到的瓶颈问题，并提出解决策略，使市政工程建设企业在激烈的市场环境中持续生存与发展。关键词：市政工程；成本管理；成本控制方法AbstractThe cost management of modern enterprises is an important proposition that can affect the future development of enterprises.
