关于灵活就业人员养老保险制度的思考摘要随着市场经济改革的不断深入，经济结构的不断调整，我国就业结构呈现多元化的发展趋势，导致城镇就业人口中灵活就业人员的比重日益增大，其养老保险问题也日渐突出。当前，我国灵活就业人员这个庞大的就业群体是以牺牲其养老保障的权益作为代价的，绝大多数灵活就业人员都没有养老保险。他们长期游离于养老保险之外，缺乏社会保护。我国的灵活就业社会保障制度处于起步阶段，虽然有相关的政策出台，但是并不完善。仍旧有很多问题的存在，现有的社会养老保险制度不能完全满足灵活就业人员的需要。因此制定适合灵活就业人员的养老保险政策是一个迫切的课题需要进行深入的探讨、加以改进并通过实践来检验。本文结合大量文献以及现行的养老保险制度来探寻灵活就业员工养老保险存在的问题以及解决对策，对完善当今社会保障制度具有借鉴性。关键词：灵活就业 养老保险 社会保障 1AbstractWith the deepening of economic reform, economic structure is adjusted ceaselessly, structure of our country obtain employment appears the trend of diversity, leading to urban employment personnel of flexible obtain employment in the proportion of the growing, the pension problem has become increasingly prominent.
