摘 要随着社会的不断发展，全球经济的大复苏下我们社会中经常会出现一些信用问题，这些问题的出现严重影响了社会的和谐发展，因此社会上不断的涌现出一些先驱者来对社会中的一些行业中的企业进行信用评级 [1]。华泰信用评级有限公司作为最初的先驱者，在成立 20 余年里为社会做出了很多的贡献。企业想要获得更多的营业利润，就是要根据市场，对于自身内部的管理应该更加规范，更加合理。因此企业应该改变传统的按照经验发展的方法，依靠科学的管理方法来降低企业的生产成本，提高企业的经济效益。本文以华泰信用评级有限公司为例，分析公司在发展过程中存在的问题，结合近几年发展的经验教训，和根据公司的相关财务报表展开研讨，对公司发展存在的问题找出原因加以解决，为未来的发展拟定策略。通过对企业财务结构的改善，运营管理水平的加强，企业偿债能力的提高，来对企业自身的盈利能力进行提升[2]。保证企业能够持续健康稳定的发展。关键词：财务结构； 企业目标； 盈利能力； 生产成本Abstract With the continuous development of society and the great recovery of the global economy, there are often some credit problems in our society, which have seriously affected the harmonious development of the society.
