摘 要企业在一定时期内通过采取某些经营措施使得自己拥有更多利益的一种能力称作盈利能力。一般企业是通过自己的经营状况和经营业绩来表现这种能力。因此,企业要想长远发展下去,就必须持续保持自己的获利水平,才能在竞争激烈的市场中永葆活力。本文通过研究杭州慧珍楼餐饮管理有限公司 2020 年自 1 月到 3 月这三个月的资产负债表、利润表,运用销售净利率、销售毛利率、成本费用利润率、总资产报酬率这四项盈利能力指标对该公司的盈利能力进行深入分析,对企业各项指标的状况有了清晰的了解。分析结果显示,杭州慧珍楼餐饮管理有限公司在盈利能力方面存在较大的问题,包括缺乏专业管理人才、营业成本费用过大、税收政策运用不合理、新型冠状肺炎疫情影响下的盈利低下等问题。因此,针对公司所存在的问题提出合理有效的建议和措施,公司需通过引进专业管理人才、加大成本管理力度、合理运用税收优惠政策、多渠道发展餐饮业等方式提高公司自身的盈利能力,从而对公司的经营管理方式、获取经济效益水平有一个良好的保证,对公司未来的发展方向具有重要借鉴意义。关键词:盈利能力; 经营管理; 数据分析AbstractThe ability of an enterprise to make itself more profitable by taking certain measures over a certain period of time is called profitability.
