本科论文摘 要随着社会的进步，餐饮文化在不断的发展，聚餐、宴饮成为当今社会重要的社交方式之一。为了满足人们对宴饮聚会空间的需求，也为了满足整个社会市场经济的需求。已经有很多的利益先驱者开办了多种满足聚会、餐饮需求的休闲娱乐宴会厅。宴会厅内部设计的主题和特点是跳脱竞争圈的方式之一，也是吸引顾客的一个重要因素，更是自身价值的表现因素。因此有必要对宴会餐饮空间进行主题化的室内设计。本课题主要分析了当代宴会厅的室内设计、主题与功能、环境与材料的关系。通过实地调查和比较分析，与国内宴会厅的设计相比较。目前国内宴会厅的主要设计方向还是以满足功能性的主题设计为主，在空间与设计方面还缺乏创新意识。本次课题的主要目的是通过宴会厅室内设计的现状来思考目前宴会厅室内设计的优劣势，从而对室内设计提出创新思路。在餐饮环境中，顾客最先通过整体效果及室内设备设施而产生对宴会厅的第一印象，对宴会厅的档次做出一个评断。在设计中必须要考虑到宴会厅的定位，并根据定位档次加入相关设计元素。这样有利于烘托宴会厅的整体效果、标准及定位。从而规划设计出一个令人满意的宴会厅。在现代设计理念和最新空间规划发展趋势的指导下，从各个层面对宴会厅进行合理的布局与设计，使其不仅具有视觉效果和空间功能布局，而且还具有价值体现的功能。关键词：设计理念；空间布局；室内空间设计本科论文AbstractWith the progress of society, food and beverage culture in the continuous development, dinner, banquet has become one of the important social ways of today's society.
