广州工商学院会计系学生就业 SWOT 分析及应对策略摘 要大学生就业问题一直是备受关注的话题。近几年来，随着广州工商学院会计系大学生人数逐年增多，就业中存在的矛盾逐渐凸显出来，急需解决。如果不能解决好大学生就业问题，那么，不仅是对于大学生本身不利，同时对社会的稳定发展，对经济的稳步前进及学院的发展会造成一定的影响。因此，本文主要采用 SWOT 分析法，紧紧围绕着广州工商学院会计专业自身的优势和劣势，以及面临的威胁和机会展开研究，期望能提高我校会计系学生的就业能力，提高我校会计系大学生自身的水平质量，通过找出就业难的原因，以使我校会计系学生能实现更好的就业；所以找准目标，培养出基础知识稳扎稳打、动手能力强、综合素质较高的复合型人才，这些对学生自身、我校会计系学生就业及学校建设和社会发展都具有重要的现实意义。关键词：教学工作；就业指导；SWOT 分析；就业能力。ISWOT analysis of employment of accounting students in Guangzhou University of business and Its CountermeasuresAbstractThe issue of student employment has always been a concern.
