摘 要建筑业作为我国国民经济发展的支柱产业，在城市化和工业化进程中发挥着重要的作用。21 世纪建筑行业蓬勃发展，对建筑行业来说既是难得的机遇，也伴随着巨大的挑战。虽然 20 世纪以来我国建筑行业得到较快发展，但在工程项目成本控制方面还是比较落后。目前，工程项目施工建设仍是以人工劳动为主。而近年来人力手工成本的增加，以及关于民工工资与企业征信挂钩的国家相关文件出台，人工费用对企业流动资金影响极大。而且，我国建筑企业数量逐年增多，市场竞争压力越来越大。再加上施工要求更加严苛，工期逐渐缩短，建材成本日益增高，质量要求更高等想要在竞争浪潮中脱颖而出，企业必须采用科学的成本管理和控制方法。加强内部管理，控制成本，获取最大效益。本文以广西巨安建筑安装工程有限公司为例，基于建筑工程项目展开分析。结合巨安公司成本控制的现状，分析该企业成本管理体系里存在的问题，发现其成本管控不合理、项目成本管控无计划，施工项目中材料，人工成本耗用大等问题。可以将先进的科学成本管理的理论运用到实际工程项目中，加强企业成本管理工作，对其进行有针对性更有效的成本管理。 关键词：工程项目管理；建筑业；成本核算AbstractAs a mainstay industry of China's national economic development, construction industry plays an important role in the process of urbanization and industrialization.
