摘 要建筑业作为我国国民经济发展的支柱产业,在城市化和工业化进程中发挥着重要的作用。21 世纪建筑行业蓬勃发展,对建筑行业来说既是难得的机遇,也伴随着巨大的挑战。虽然 20 世纪以来我国建筑行业得到较快发展,但在工程项目成本控制方面还是比较落后。目前,工程项目施工建设仍是以人工劳动为主。而近年来人力手工成本的增加,以及关于民工工资与企业征信挂钩的国家相关文件出台,人工费用对企业流动资金影响极大。而且,我国建筑企业数量逐年增多,市场竞争压力越来越大。再加上施工要求更加严苛,工期逐渐缩短,建材成本日益增高,质量要求更高等想要在竞争浪潮中脱颖而出,企业必须采用科学的成本管理和控制方法。加强内部管理,控制成本,获取最大效益。本文以广西巨安建筑安装工程有限公司为例,基于建筑工程项目展开分析。结合巨安公司成本控制的现状,分析该企业成本管理体系里存在的问题,发现其成本管控不合理、项目成本管控无计划,施工项目中材料,人工成本耗用大等问题。可以将先进的科学成本管理的理论运用到实际工程项目中,加强企业成本管理工作,对其进行有针对性更有效的成本管理。 关键词:工程项目管理;建筑业;成本核算AbstractAs a mainstay industry of China's national economic development, construction industry plays an important role in the process of urbanization and industrialization.
