雇主品牌视角下的企业校园招聘研究——以北京理工大学珠海学院为例 要传统的理论认为良好的品牌形象可以吸引更多的顾客,但是现在树立良好的雇主品牌形象,尤其是企业的外部形象,却能吸引更多到正确的人才,节省企业的招聘雇佣成本。本研究从学生的角度出发,通过企业校园招聘调查了解有哪些企业招聘行为影响到了学生的选择意向,从而让企业更有针对性提升自身雇主品牌形象,更好的提高毕业生心目中企业雇主品牌形象,提高企业的雇主品牌吸引力。关键词:关键词:雇主品牌;外部声誉;企业校园招聘;影响因素AbstractThe traditional theory holds that a good brand image can attract more customers, but now a good employer brand image, especially the external image of the enterprise, can attract more to the right talent, save the recruitment and employment cost of enterprises.
