摘 要现如今，中国经济体制正处于持续变革当中，民营经济逐步获得相对稳定的蓬勃发展。在此背景下，中小民营企业已经占据绝大部分经济市场，有效提高当地的财政收入，切实解决当地的就业问题。但是在现阶段中小民营企业的生存状态并不是很乐观。本篇文章通过对固原市中小民营企业的财务状况进行问卷调查，分析产生该现状的成因，最后就中小民营财务状况中的问题提出建议性的改善对策。【关键词】：民营企业，财务状况，成因，对策AbstractIn recent years, with the continuous deepening of the economic system, the private economy has been rapidly developed, small and medium-sized private enterprises are gradually becoming an important part of the socialist market economy.
