I封闭式基金与开放式基金的投资风险比较摘 要随着经济的发展，投资环境逐渐变好，使得我国证券市场也趋于成熟，基金投资得以快速发展。目前我国证券市场主要分为开放式基金与封闭式基金，两类基金既有相同之处，也有实质上的区别。相同之处是这两大类基金共同构成基金的两种运作模式。由于两者由于运作方式不同，存在的风险也不同，如何在市场中规避其投资的风险，是急需解决的问题。本文对开放式以及封闭式的基金进行分析，通过分析其管理现状以及存在的问题，分别简述其风险，并通过选取数据来对开放式基金以及封闭式基金的风险进行比对分析，最后提出结论，并对我国证券投资基金发展的提出建议。关键词：封闭式基金；开放式基金；投资风险IIComparison of Investment Risk Between Closed-end Fund and Open-end FundAbstractWith the development of economy, the stock market of our country also tends to mature.
