摘 要古建筑作为独特的建筑物，承载着时代的人文情怀，本身具有独特的历史韵味。但由于历史和自然环境的影响以及人为的破坏，随着时间的流逝许多古建筑面临损坏甚至消失的危机。保护古建筑已经到了刻不容缓的地步，而为了获取更多的古建筑保护方法，更全面的了解古建筑，对古建筑进行价值评估是一项十分重要的措施。由于古建筑影响因素的复杂性，交易案例的稀缺性，运用传统的评估方法不能科学合理地评估其价值，而层次分析法简单清晰，全面准确，本文就通过选取位于山西省祁县的乔家大院为案例，运用层次分析判断各个要素对整体价值的贡献度，为古建筑保护而采取一系列的政策和策略提供一定的参考。本文分为五个部分，第一部分介绍本文的研究背景、研究意义及国内外相关文献；第二部分介绍古建筑及其分析方法的相关概念；第三部分具体分析层次分析法在乔家大院的应用；第四部分针对分析过程进行结果讨论和问题分析；第五部分对于景区的发展给出相关的建议。通过案例分析，可以发现，运用层次分析法在观赏性的旅游景点中评估是合理的，对于此类建筑物可以使用此方法。关键词：古建筑；乔家大院；层次分析法 AbstractAs a unique building, ancient architecture bears the humanistic feelings of The Times and has its own unique historical charm.
