I对企业财务风险的分析——以万科集团为例摘 要随着近年来市场经济的迅速发展，企业在市场中面临着越来越多的风险，尤其是企业的财务风险，有的风险来自于外部市场，有的则来自于企业内部自身。加强财务风险的控制对于企业来说是非常重要的，是对企业正常运营的保障，也是企业管理的重心和持续发展的基础。房地产行业是典型的资本密集型企业，有效地防范企业财务风险对其具有更为重要的意义。本文在分析大型房地产公司万科集团的历年财报数据的基础上，运用 Z 模型分析法、因子分析法、风险指标等方法进行财务风险的识别，探讨了万科集团在日常运营、筹资、投资和现金流等经营当中存在的风险，针对出现的问题提出了构建企业风险管理信息系统、强化对控制现金流的机制、加强应收账款和和存货的管理等应对企业财务风险的建议。本论文通过对万科集团财务指标的研究，希望能对万科集团财务风险的管理提供参考，也给其他的房地产企业提供财务风险管理方面的一些建议。 关键词：财务风险；房地产企业；资本密集型；Z-模型；万科集团IIAnalysis of Financial Risks of Enterprises-- Take Vanke Group as an ExampleAbstractWith the quick development of market economy in recent years, enterprises are facing more and more risks in the market, especially the financial risks of enterprises.
