核心力量训练对中学生运动能力及平衡能力的影响摘要:随着社会的发展,学生身体素质等各方面的变化,由于近几年来,我国中小学生的体质呈现下降的趋势,引起了社会的广泛关注。中学生在锻炼的过程中缺乏科学的健身方案指导,很多学生只是盲目地进行一些锻炼,效果往往是适得其反。越来越多的专家学者开始意识到青少年儿童人群科学健身的重要性。本文通过多种方法分析核心力量训练对于中学生运动能力以及平衡力的影响。得出中学生体育锻炼的最佳方式,为提高中学生身体素质,提供一份参考。关键字:核心力量训练;中学生;平衡能力;运动能力AbstractWith the development of society, the change of students' physical quality and so on, because in the last few years, Chinese students physical fitness showed a decreasing trend, caused the wide attention of the society.
