广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文） 基于 Spark 的个性化租房推荐系统 内容摘要网络的飞快发展极大地革新了人们的房屋租赁途径，使得日益增多的租房者开始进行线上租房，但网络信息在急剧增加，在满足了租房者信息需求之下，却无法提供令租房者满意的房源信息。为了解决上述问题，提升租房者的租房速度和满意度，本文使用了个性化推荐技术来过滤数据量庞大的租房信息。本文主要研究房屋租赁在推荐算法的应用，为租房者提供的推荐租房房源列表中能够最大程度地推荐符合他们真是意向的租房房源。因此，本文对推荐算法在房屋租赁领域的应用进行了研究，对房源信息进行了更加全面的数据预处理并对数据进行了特征工程、可视化以及为预处理后的数据设计了数据库表，重点实现的算法在租房推荐算法与 Spark 平台的并行化。最后对推荐效果进行可视化展示并且通过实验证明了本文算法能够较好地应用到房屋租赁推荐中。关键词：推荐算法；Spark；房屋租赁广东东软学院本科生毕业设计（论文）AbstractThe rapid development of the Internet has greatly innovated people's ways of renting houses,making more and more renters start to rent houses online.With the rapid increase of network information,even if it can meet the information needs of renters,it can not provide satisfactory housing information.In order to solve this problem and improve user satisfaction,it is necessary to introduce personalized recommendation technology to filter rental information and help users obtain information more efficiently.This article focuses on the housing rental recommendation algorithm.I hope that the renters to provide the list of recommended rental housing to the greatest extent to recommend the rental housing is in line with their real intention.Therefore,this article studies the application of Recommendation Algorithm in the field of house leasing,and a more comprehensive Data pre-processing,Feature Engineering,Visualization and designing database table for the preprocessed data.The key algorithm are recommendation algorith...
